[Plugin: Edit Flow] Include clients

    I am tailoring Edit Flow to be something like a project management or support ticket system. Some features are working well. I need to be able to do the following and wonder how this can be accomplished:
    – Status appear in public view of post
    – Assign clients to post and subsequent comments (not just staff)
    – Have clients be able to view only their assigned posts
    – Show output of status and other fields on the comment reply form so that staff can update status but not clients

    Any thoughts?

    This sounds like a fair bit of customization you need done. If you don’t know how to put the code together, I’d recommend finding a developer to help you out. The WPCandy Pros site is a good place to look, and you might also consider attending a local WordPress Users Group meetup.
