Love the plugin, we use it for feedback and workflow between authors and editors on our hyperlocal news site. As the Publisher/Administrator, I’m wondering if future versions could allow me to accomplish two things:
- Allow admins to receive emails for every editorial comment left by all user levels, on all posts.
- We use Peter’s Collaboration Emails to manage Pending Posts and would like be able to turn OFF Post Status notifications altogether, but keep Editorial Comment emails set to ON.

It’s possible to do both those things with a bit of code.

Here’s a temporary way to disable the status notifications: https://gist.github.com/804947

It’s a bit hacky but should work until we release some better filters in the next version.

I’ll write up a sample for emailing admin option as well.

The code sample adds administrators to all emails sent by Edit Flow. You can play with the roles by changing line #9.
