[resolved] Configurable Story Budget? (4 posts)

The Story Budget seems to be the only remaining module that isn't configurable. Currently, on the Story Budget page itself I can look at either all categories or one category at a time. I'd like to be able to choose which categories are displayed when "all categories" is selected, because only a subset of the categories on my site represent main organizational elements: featured posts, news, reviews, interviews, articles, etc. vs. science fiction, fantasy fiction, novels, short stories, films, science fact, etc. I want to display the former, not the latter.

Oh, and I'd like to be able to exclude subscribers from the list of users in the dropdown menu. It's weird that they are listed even though they don't contribute posts. Only those with the admin, editor, author, or contributor roles should be listed.

Good point. For now, we have a filter you can use to restrict the "Display All Categories" state to a limited set of categories. Basically, the filter will give you all of the terms, and you need to filter that set to just the ones you want.

Yes, this seems like a bug. I've filed a ticket for it. Thanks for catching it.

This issue is fixed in v0.7.1, which will be out shortly.
