    I added the plugin to our WordPress site. Where can I find information on how to add/edit/delete the categories and products? Thanks.

    All product management is done in the Ecwid control panel at https://my.ecwid.com Why such approach is cool:
    – you can install your store on several sites and still manage it from one place
    – your store will work with any site or CMS. So, for example, if you decide to update your blog/WP, it will not break anything.
