[Plugin: Easy ToolBox] Ad positioning and options

For the most part I find this plug-in very useful; however, one thing that i would like to change is the lack of options for the positioning of the ads. I would like to choose which ad to put above my post and which ad to put below my post. For example, say I want a horizontal banner ad on top and a medium rectangular ad on the bottom, there is no option to do that. Maybe on your next update you could include that on your next update.
