    Thanks for the feedback I have now included screenshots, this plugin has very little styling to ensure that it works with all themes. If you want to style the widget you can define the styles for form elements within your chosen sidebar in your templates css file.

    Form is not sending e-mails. The setup is so easy, I am not sure what to do? http://www.homeinspection-raleigh.com. Looking for suggestions. Thanks, Dave

    I installed your contact form in our website’s sidebar, but it disappeared after about an hour. Nothing was changed on our website, the form just disappered (but still installed and still in the sidebar widget). Explanation?
