[Plugin: Easy PayPal Custom Fields] Not working, what gives?

    I’m trying to use this custom form embedded into a Page.

    The shortcode generator form is there, but no matter what I do, none of the information comes across. There is no form, no “item name” (even if I type one in), the address form doesn’t show (even though I am using a Buy Now button type) and when I click on the button (that is the only thing that appears), I get an error message:

    Bad Request

    Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
    Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
