   The modal options do not display at all under Settings, Easy Modal. Version 1.0.4.

   Or are they just not included in the most recent version?

   They were removed as we had to redo the plugin from the ground up when we went from 1 modal to unlimited. They may get readded later. There is another version available via our website Easy Modal Lite and Pro. They both include a visual theme editor.
