I don't know what version of wordpress I'm using, but I tried to install an update to this plugin then got a fatal error message. Now I can't get on the website or access my control panel. This is the message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function edd_get_settings() in /home/rambomcg/public_html/wp-content/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/easy-digital-downloads.php on line 78

    Website is: http://www.RamboMcGuire.com

Please help if you can. Thanks.

  2. Did you upgrade it from the WordPress dashboard or manually via FTP?

    WordPress dashboard

  4. Can you please download a fresh copy of the plugin and then manually upload them via FTP to wp-content/plugins/?

It sounds like the update process failed half way through.

How do you access FTP. Our domain and hosting is through regiSTAR.com

  6. That will depend on the host. Contact your host's support. They will be able to guide you through.

OK... I've put in 2 support tickets to them already and have heard nothing! Hopefully they will respond soon. Any other alternatives you can think of? We've got to get this site up and running again.

  8. Do you have a cpanel for the hosting account that you can log into?

Yes, we type in the address to access it and get this message:

    Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    -----------------------------------------------------
Apache Server at routan.websitewelcome.com Port 80

Do you know what this means?

  10. There's definitely an issue with your hosting account.

    I'd suggest calling them directly.
