Hi,
Just testing the plugin now - really like the look of it.
One immediate issue is that - once it's activated in WP - it breaks the visual layout of the theme I'm using. To be specific, not through out all pages of the site but just for the homepage.
I am using Imbalance 2 by WPShower. Instead of at least three columns of content the page now only display one column down the lefthand side of the page.
Any obvious thoughts as to why the plugin should have that kind of effect on an underlying theme? Any ideas on hacks to overcome appreciated.
TIA.

It sounds like you are having a jQuery conflict. Can you give me a live URL that has the theme and the plugin active?

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt response.
I've sent you some details via a message at http://pippinsplugins.com/contact/ as it's currently a pre-launch test site.
TIA
Great, I'll get to it shortly.

@cipherbureau can you give me a site URL so that I can look at it?

hi, thanks for the reply. sure. i will reactivate the plug-in so as to 'break' the site and leave it in that state for a while. http://www.cipherbureau.com
I see the problem. Your theme, cipher, is loading jQuery incorrectly and is causing a conflict.
Go to Downloads > Settings > Misc and check the box for "Disable Ajax". That should fix the problem.

Thanks! What in EDD do I sacrifice by disabling Ajax? it seems obvious to me the best thing to do is clean up my theme code so as not to have to work around it.
It just means that your pages will reload when adding items to the cart, instead of staying on the page without a refresh.

I can't have that! Aesthetic priorities! I will see about figuring out the jQuery load, and welcome any advice you may offer. Thanks again.
Are you the theme developer?
