I designed the button with round corners but in IE 9 I see only a square. In Crome for example it works.

Hi Hondo66,
This is for the lack of support of rounded-corners on IE9 ( and lower ). If you feel it's really necessary you can load any round-corners polyfill and apply this to the #dynamic-to-top element.
