   Hi, very nice plugin.
   I would like move button more to the left, near the content at the bottom right. I see with Firebug that I must change in #dynamic-to-top the value: right 20 px; but there's no propriety like that in any CSS plugin file.
   What value I must change?

   There is a filter you can hook to. Please take a look at this thread to learn how to modify/overwrite the CSS properties:
