   I installed the plugin but did not show the button.

   Should I install something else, and what may be preventing it work?

   (PS: I can not put the website for privacy.)

   No, the plugin should appear as soon as you active it. Make sure the page is long enough.

   Hi. I solved the problem. What happened was that I had the wp_footer ().

   BTW. I ended up uninstalling it because it works when minifico my js.
   And also slow charging.

   I use W3 Total Cache and when minifico the javascript, the plugin does not work.

   Hi Matt. Yes I updated your plugin does not work when I activate the minification of JS in W3 Total Cache.

   I think you could fix that to increase speed of loading.

   Seems it's a problem with W3 Total Cache and wp_localize_script(); more on the subject here: http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/58180/w3-total-cache-minification-breaks-wp-localize-script

   Would suggest to either change the plugin or bypass this plugin's script file.
