[Plugin: Duplicator] not creating packages.

    I’ve tried duplicator plugin on 3 different wordpress websites I run which are on 2 servers and still doesnt create a package or installer. I can goto the root directory and see that it has created a zip of the file in the snaphot folder. . I’ve used the logging level as light to gather this info below.

    Here’s the log of one of my sites.

    I have the exact same problem. I have tried it on a couple of sites with version 3.3 installed and i get the same results as you are describing. The wp-snapshots directory has a folder with about 4M of the files and an empty install.php file.

    Hi,

    I am gettinging exactly the same problem.

    It creates the zip fle which is large, but it doesn’t show up in the list, so can’t build the install file.

    The logs look OK.

    Hey stevebutler2

    You might try changing your package options in the options dialog. Try increasing “Max Execution Time” and “Max Memory Limit”. The process may have not had enough time or memory to finalize the archive process.
