[Plugin: Duplicator] Installer error

    Hey EC_studio,

    Could you submit your log of the transaction to:
    support.lifeinthegrid.com

    To enable logging open the options dialog and on the package tab set the logging level to two. Then try to create a package, you should see information in the logging pane.

    Please note you will have to refresh the screen to see a package, at that point your log window will also refresh. So be sure and copy all of the log data to your clipboard before you refresh the page.

    Hello lifeinthegrid. Thanks for the quick answer.

    However, I can not see the log data, because when I click on “installer” button the page gets replaced by “internal server error” message.

    Hello again. I have solved the problem, set the permission for wp-admin to 755.
