    I passed the compatibility check, but I got this error trying to create a backup:

    Hey Slobizman,

    If you just uncheck the box "Enable database encoding" in the options dialog, things should work. Also for future reference if have any log data from the plugin please submit it to support.lifeinthegrid.com

    The logging data shows paths of your server that you might not want everyone to see online...
