   Is it possible to exclude the above when duplicating a post? What do I have to write in the "Do not copy these fields" input field of the admin panel?

   As of this version, categories, tags and excerpt (and custom taxonomies) are copied anyway, you can't exclude them. It wouldn't be too hard to add this feature, though, so maybe in the next version...

   From version 2.0 onward you can exclude categories, tags, taxonomies and excerpt from being copied.
