   The import started out, and then halted at 183 posts.

   I went back to run the import again, but this time I got a message "No new tweets to import."

   So, I set the date to 1/1/2010, ran import again, and got the same error.

   I have quite a few more tweets, going back to 2007, but I'd rather have them in WP, rather than separate software.

   The tweet will only import as far back as twitter's api provides. It almost certainly won't import all your tweets. 183 does seem low. You may try deleting all the tweet posts (and emptying trash) and reimporting.
