   When my website is fully loaded, the dropdown is shown. It only closes when I hover on it then it starts to work as it should but when I refresh the page or go to other pages, the submenu is shown again on page load.

   This is not a problem caused by the plugin. It is your themes CSS code. I can show you if you send me a link.
