After installing the plugin and testing it out by entering my own email address, the box no longer appears on my blog, http://julibecker.com. Is this because I entered my own email address? I set the # of days for the box to stay hidden to 0 after someone has closed the box in case that was the reason, but I am still not getting the box to pop up.
I have also uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it with still no luck.
Any insight would be appreciated,
Juli Becker

Have you tested the box in a new browser or incognito window ?
The problem cannot be in the email address you have entered.
It is hard to help you because the plugin is not active anymore.

I am having the exact same problem and have also uninstalled and reinstalled. I really like the plug-in and hope there is a fix.

Hi Juli,
I had a similar issue ... the solution had two steps.
(1) Set the cookie timeout to 0 days, like you have done.
(2) Clear the web browser cache, completely. In chrome I had to give it a complete lobotomy before it started to appear again. Navigate 'Tools' -> 'Clear Browsing Data' then select 'the beginning of time' and tick EVERYTHING. This also logged me out of everything else I was doing at the time ... oh, well.
Close the web browser and re-start the application ... then the scroll-triggered-box started to work again.
Kind regards,
John.

Check out the new version (1.3.1). I have added an information about box visibility and option to show the box again.
