Drafts Scheduler is a brand new WordPress plugin that provides some missing functionality in WordPress.
WordPress allows you to save posts as “drafts”, and it also lets you schedule posts for posting at a future date and time but doesn’t make it easy to do both in bulk.
Drafts Scheduler allows you to schedule all of your existing draft posts for posting either sequentially or randomly.
Download it from the repository here: http://www.wordpress.org/extend/drafts-scheduler

Hello Jeff,
Your plugin is great. Automatic scheduling is imperative to some projects I am working on and finding a working plugin that does that is difficult. This one works the best so far but it has one major bug. When you save a draft a permalink is created. When you use this plugin to schedule drafts it strips the permalink and publishes just the root domain as the post URL.
If you would help me solve this issue I would be grateful.

I've noticed this myself in some cases recently, and I will research why this is happening. I do nothing directly to the slug, so I don't know why it gets cleared.
Expect a fix shortly.
