   The last couple days I have attempted to install several different plugins, each of them have failed and give me the same message (of course the name of each plugin is different for each one):

   Installing Plugin: WP Finance Calculator 1.3.6

   Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/finance-calculator-with-application-form.zip…

   Download failed. Failed writing body (91 != 1448)

   Not sure why this is happening.

   I am having the same problem, trying to update plugins and core WP to the new version.

   Any suggestions?
