Plugin dose not work

    Wonderful Plugin!!
    I absolutely use this Plugin.
    I try by many kind of way,but plugin dose not work.

    this site is one of Multisite.

    what i try.
    1.All plugins stop.
    2.change to Twenty Thirteen theme.
    3.Create Images Path
    4.Images Tester
    Check Original Image:OK
    Test Resized/Cropped Image:Error
    Error message
    A TimThumb error has occured
    The following error(s) occured:
    Could not create the file cache directory.

    I think to introduce this beautiful plugin on my blog.

    And thanks for your kind words, I’m glad you like the plugin.

    The TimThumb error “Could not create the file cache directory.” means that the cache directory does not exist or it is not writable. Please go to “wp-content/uploads/slideshow-gallery/” folder via FTP and see if the folder “/cache/” exists. If it doesn’t, create it, please. If it does, please check if it is writable 777

    That should solve the problem.

    “/cache/” folder doesn’t exits.
    And i create it,change permission to 777.
    But it doesn’t solve this problem.

    I’m going to ask sever service.

    Yes, please do and let me know if you manage with it.

    We have a task on our development list to correctly organize the Slideshow Gallery plugin images into the multi-site folders as it should be. This will be included in the next release.
