plugin doesn't work

    i also tried APG plugin and the problem is the same.

    Have you tried using WooCommerce > System Status > Tools and Clear transients?
    Can you confirm that

    • Enable shipping and
    • Enable the shipping calculator on the cart page

    are ticked.
    Did you check Enable this shipping method for weight/country?

    yes, the 2 options are checked and the shipping is enabled.

    What values have you defined for country groups and rates?
    Can you give me any more information?
