At the time of writing this, the plugin does not work.
I put my Account and List API keys, and when I try to subscribe I get this:
Sorry, we weren't able to sign you up. Please check your details, and try again.
Using a fresh WP install with the default (untouched) TwentyEleven theme.

Hi, the most common cause for this is using the client ID instead of the Account ID.
