Most of these should be easy to avoid. For example, change $_REQUEST[gbname] to $_REQUEST['gbname'].

    Hi GeertDD

DMSGuestbook started when PHP 4.3 was common. DMSGuestbook supports PHP 4 up to 5.3, it isn't the best way but in oder of compatibility there are a lot of inconsistence. I suggest you to disable PHP notice, it's only a information not an error.

    Greetings,
    Dani

If you write $_REQUEST[gbname] without quotes around gbname you are actually calling the constant gbname. PHP looks for that constant and if it finds out it doesn't exist, then PHP decides to convert the constant name to a string and use that instead. This is the same for PHP 4 and PHP 5.3. No offense, but It's just dirty code if you ask me, yet the fix is easy. I hope you agree.

I had the same problem. I don't know PHP but I heard something you can better have debug on 'true' to prevent you use older (not updated) plugins. But considering you are still active on this forum I'm going to use youre guestbook. You say you agree are you going it to change?

You are also the only plugin I found working as a guestbook. So great job.
