   when i clicked "Guestbook settings"
   nothing appear, just blank. so i can't set anything.
   what's the problems?

   Deactivate all plugins except DMSGuestbook, so you could find out what happened.

   This plug in completely locks up any sidebars other than sidebar 1 in WP 2.9.
