[Plugin: Disqus Comment System] Possible to show facebook, twitter, etc. login buttons without click

Is there any way to put a facebook, twitter, etc. logon button outside of the disqus botton? I’m suspecting that people don’t bother pressing the disqus button and are not realizing they can log in using their social media logons. I’d like to be able to highlight the more popular logons. How can I do this? I’ve seen sites out there that have this ability, but don’t know how they do it.
