I'm using the following functions to call Disqus inside a popup comments box.
comments_popup_script ( $width=400, $height=400, $file='' );
comments_popup_link();
Disqus works normally in the single post pages but the default comment form appears instead of Disqus comment form when I clicked on the popup comments link.
