[Plugin: Disqus Comment System] How do I import disqus comments from my old site to disqus in new si

Hi,

I have a blogger site with custom domain, which uses Disqus as its commenting system. (e.g. http://www.myblog.com, example post url: http://www.myblog.com/my-blog-entry.html)

Now I’m moving the blogger site to wordpress, I have imported the posts from blogger, and installed disqus too. I’m going to remove the custom domain name from blogger and use it as the wordpress main domain. (e.g. http://www.myblog.com will be the new wordpress site, example post url: http://www.myblog.com/2012/01/my-post-title/

Is there any way to keep(import to wordpress) my old post comments which are submitted in blogger in the old post url?
