   For some reason, the Disqus plugin was causing my site to not be able to render in Internet Explorer 6/7 and was screwing some things up in vs. 8. The site is MLTnews.com

   Here is the description of the error from MSFT:
   "This problem occurs because a child container HTML element contains script that tries to modify the parent container element of the child container. The script tries to modify the parent container element by using either the innerHTML method or the appendChild method."

   I have had to disable the plugin temporarily until I figure out a solution.

   Any ideas?

   Have you contacted the author of the plugin?
