Have you tried disabling your theme and all other plugins to confirm the issue is in this plugin?

Unless you have edited the plugin, there’s no reason for it to have this result, which is why I think it is something in your theme or other plugins.

I’ve never tried disabling my theme and all other plugins, i’m not sure if its the right advise because i have so many plugins, and also I’ve done alot of modification on my theme already – so it’s too risky i think.

How about deactivating “display post” plugin, then delete and re-install it again, so it goes back to default & original coding? What do you think?

i have experimented & deactivated the “display posts” plugin, and then tried to edit the page where the “display posts” shortcode are in and it works, i can edit the page. So it means to solve this problem, i have to deactivate first this plugin in order to edit the page/post where the “display posts shortcode” are in – which is not good because when the time the plugin is deactivated, the user/visitor of that particular page/post will literally display the code of the shortcode, NOT the content.

please help, otherwise i have no choice but to search for the replacement of this plugin. this is a very good plugin though.

    thank you.

I’m sorry but your error cannot be reproduced on my end. I recommend you try a different plugin
