Plugin disappears from the requests list

I’m trying to add my plugin (http://www.mlcalc.com/wp-widget.htm) to the WordPress plugin repository. The request is then shown in the “Requests” list. But then, after some time (2-3 days) the request disappears.

Could you, please help me resolve this issue?

PS. I’ve just submitted another request – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/mortgage-loan-calculator/
