While I like to see things that are helpful, it becomes a pain when people take advantage of WordPress's generosity to allow developers to list their themes and plugins.
This "plugin" is actually a theme. Unless you spend money to get the rest of the files for the theme... this is basically a broken theme when it comes to the forms.

Thanks Blondishnet.
I was about to leap and you caused me to look..Might be a good idea to go ahead and spend the money up front..rather than believe you're getting something for nothing and then later have to spend the money to add on later... It's a waste of time... Wish some of these guys would be up front from the get go...
@kotto
I have been brainstorming the idea of a Link Directory using TDO Mini forms for submissions. I have already gotten it to do a simple social bookmark site.
I am looking to add features to the post in a way that the user can upload a thumbnail of their site, and in with their site name, and description, it would also produce Google PR, Alexa.
Wish me luck on that end and maybe once I figure that out, I can share a tutorial.
I personally like the this theme. But I recommend removing this from the wordpress plugins repository since:
It's not a plugin, it's a theme
It's not free as claimed
