• A few weeks ago I changed my permalink structure from year/month/title to just having the title (and set up 301 redirects from the old format to the new). Since then, the sharing counts that show on both the floating and normal tool bar have been 0 (on new posts, not on old posts), even though people are sharing and liking them on Twitter and Facebook. I just clicked on the ‘0’ in the Twitter button for this morning’s post and found out that the plugin is somehow reading the link as the OLD format.

So, in the case of this morning’s post, this is the new permalink: http://www.everintransit.com/tips-for-traveling-with-your-dog/

But this is what the twitter button is calling up: http://www.everintransit.com/2012/07/tips-for-traveling-with-your-dog/

The only reason the Facebook link is showing up with a 1 is because I just manually liked it when I was viewing the post(even though it’s been liked several times more on the FB fan page)

Can you let me know how I can fix this?
