[Plugin: Digg Digg] Exclude posts under certain categories not working

I’ve tried several times to exclude categories…doesn’t seem to work. This post here (http://nikhilhaas.com/blog/what-defines-a-biomedical-engineer/) is under Blog (category3) and Science (category37).
