[resolved] Plugin didn't remove Malware on my site after installation (8 posts)

    Hello Ali

    Your plugin was not able to detect and remove the malware's iframe on my website. am l doing something wrong?

    Thanks for emailing me your WP Admin credentials. I found the iframe in your theme footer and removed it. Your site is now clean so you should ask Google to review it in Webmaster Tools.

    Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

    Most of the malware virus has been removed, but still says one of my plugin contains the virus so I have completely deleted that plugin and I have ask google to review my website again. I will update you guys later

  5. I found the iframe in your theme footer and removed it. Your site is now clean so you should ask Google to review it in Webmaster Tools.

    Removing Bad Things™ is never enough. You've got to harden and close the door that the attacker injected that iframe.

    This thread has been marked resolved and it sounds like you may have a different infection anyway.
