   i looks like no one updates this plugin any more =(
   does it mean that latest WP releases don't support OpenID?

   It's true that I haven't updated the plugin in quite some time, but I still use it regularly on my site (willnorris.com), which is running the absolute latest version of WordPress. What is the problem that you are seeing?
