Two things.
1) that ID isn’t listed as a committer (see http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/2046s-widget-loops/admin/ for example)
2) the ID is apparently 2046-1 (see http://profiles.wordpress.org/2046-1/ )

The commiter o—-o is me. That is my old ID I have renamed to 2046 some time ago.

Then you need to edit your plugins to use your username of o-o
WP goes by the username’s slug, not your display name.

thanks for helping me.. but still.
all the plugins have set up one committer “o—-o”
If all the plugins are done by one committer the sum has to be 4 right? But isn’t… (actually 5, but that doesn’t matter now)
Then if the website transforms the slug to the user name it should still be 4(5) because of the relation with the same slug.
It seams to me that the plugins are connected based on user slug.. but the plugin sum is based on the user name.
Yes. Edit your readme.txt AND the main plugin PHP file to point to the right user names.
