   Hi

   I changed the Custom CSS on the settings page and SAVEd it, but I cannot get the changes to take effect on my blog.

   How do I get the changes in CSS to appear on blog?

   Sometimes theme CSS can overwrite your config at runtime, sorry for that but its the CSS way to work. You'll need to check the overwrite yourself.
