How can I select a tag to display? I don't want to publish my entire Delicious bookmark list.

You just have to provide the "username/tag" combo as your username. E.g., if your del.icio.us username is "relaxedguy", and you want to show only bookmarks that are tagged "WordPress", you just need to provide "relaxedguy/Wordpress" as your username in the plugin widget configuration tool.
