Plugin Debug information

    The Disqus plugin has a debug box at the bottom of the advanced options screen with some basic stuff about other plugins installed, wordpress version, active theme and URLOpen method.

    Perhaps this could be added along with some stuff from the PHPInfo screen as a general feature in WordPress
