I'm finding that after version 0.3 (i.e. 0.4 and above) this plugin no longer works for me. I have the Debug option in the admin bar but clicking on it does nothing (other than refresh the screen) - no debug screen appears.
0.3 works fine for me. If I install 0.4 I have to copy in BOTH the JS and PHP files from 0.3 for it to work.
I'm trying it in Firefox 3.6.13 under XP and 7 64-bit. I've also tried it under Chrome and the same occurs.
I'm running PHP v5.2.9.
