Plugin deactivated but still access denied

    Thanks for the quick reply
    Unfortunately it’s on a local development

    But I’ve found the culprit. It was to do with WP User Frontend, it has a setting that restricts access to the backend & even though I disabled the RDA plugin it had changed this setting
