   Hello, I'm using DB-Toolkit 0.3.2.024 and WP 3.4.1 with Twenty Eleven theme.

   The problem I've got is the entry form doesn't show up correctly. Twenty Eleven's menu bar and branding header will be on the top of the form. The problem won't happen if I'm using Twenty Ten theme.

   I've tested it on Firefox and Opera browser. Both of them give me the same result.

   I'm so sorry for the late reply.

   I'll start doing so compatibility testing and see what i can change to get things working.

   hello- is the db toolkit compatible with the "elegant themes" "Lucid" theme? -- http://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/lucid/
