Thanks for responding. Two issues I noticed - which might or might be related to your plugin.
1) I was doing some maintenance on tags via WordPress interface and my tags ended up corrupt. Had to go into phpmyadmin to clean up. Once cleaned up I disabled DB Cache and was able to maintain tags no problem.
2) When making changes to "WP Download Monitor Plugin" settings with your plugin enabled changes are not reflected on the screen. Only after disabling DB Cache am I able to see changes.
I know information I have given you is perhaps not enough to conclude whether it's your plugin that is causing this hiccup. Hopefully someone else is reporting similar issues.
I would really like to see an option within DB Cache Reloaded to disable all caching for logged in users.
