    yah, its made to customize the experience for your individual site admins. the super admin or network admins dash is a safe place to view the wordpress rss and plugin rss feeds…
    It should be easy to modify to remove the network admin dash widgets if you really wanted too…

    I will add this option in the control panel to come in v2.0 set for release @ beginning of the next month
