[Plugin: DantoTube] Keeping WordPress for news blogging but not using a theme

Hi everyone.

Currently, I use wordpress for my entire website. I purchased a theme and made simply changes to suit the needs of the site. Right now, the site is going through a make over and I dont want to use WordPress to manage any other parts of my site (like it currently does) apart from the front page news posting.

I have a traditional html design for the rest of the new site and php for the news/index page and wanted to know how I can intergrate wordpress for posting news on one page only and then either copying a wordpress code onto my new index.php page.

Or, do I need to convert to a theme?
