   I couldn't find any information on my question here or elsewhere.

   I am not quite sure how to setup everything properly.

   Where it says:

   Look at your single post template file in your blog theme (usually single.php) and find every div tag that is opened (<div>) but not closed (</div>) before the following piece of code:

   Does that mean that I

   • only add the div tags and leave all php code out?
   • add all the code before and after, excluding the content and side bar code?
   • add all the code before and after, including content and side bar code?

   Sorry if that sounds stupid but as a user without any development background it is not obvious to me.
