This is a great plugin, just wondering if there is a way to display a random block each time the page refreshes. Or does it just have to be one block only?

You can only do this by heavily modifying the plugin code. I would suggest using a plugin such as this one to display random content: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/randomtext/
